Kids session: The sessions start and finish with simple exercises to help with the 10 minute guided meditation. The idea is to make these sessions fun and enjoyable for the children whilst improving their health and wellbeing.

Adults session: The Meditation on Twin Hearts was created by Master Choa Kok Sui, Modern Founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga, to help flush out negative thoughts and emotions from our mind. Gowri and her team guide you through this enlightening meditation practice.

Saturday & Sunday, 10.30am Kids & 11.30am Adults.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Places are limited due to space in the mediation bell tent and on a first come first served basis. Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, pillow/cushion or small camping chair if you have one.
