Welcome to the schools supporters ticket page. Elderflower Fields offers a limited number of tickets every year to families of local schools at a discounted rate. If your school has signed up as a supporter, you should have a unique discount code, which you can use to buy tickets below. The code gives you access to the previous price tier of tickets. Right now that’s “Standard”, saving you over £50 on the full price for a typical family ticket!

Important – please read:
– By purchasing tickets you are subject to our terms and conditions.
– All weekend tickets include free car parking and free standard camping.
– All weekend adult and child tickets also include the So Sussex family picnic on the Sunday.
– Tickets will be despatched electronically.

– Children under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult (18+).
– You can buy a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.
– An additional service charge of £1.50 per ticket plus a 4.5% transaction fee will be added to your booking by Ticketscript. No further charges will be added.
– Day tickets will be available for Saturday only and will go on sale in early 2016.

Elderflower Fields 2016 will once again take place in the beautiful grounds of Pippingford Park in the heart of the Ashdown Forest, just 40 minutes drive from Brighton and a little over an hour from London. Full travel details can be found on the Travel page here.
All tickets include free standard camping, car parking and of course all the children’s activities including the Sports Camp, Arts Camp and Urban Woods. All adult and children tickets also include the fantastic So Sussex picnic on Sunday.
All tickets are subject to a £1.50 booking fee plus a 4.5% debit or credit card transaction fee – we hate these fees too, but it’s the cheapest ticket seller fees we’ve found and is certainly less than the 10% many festivals will charge. There will be no ticket sales on the gate.
Tickets are delivered as E-Tickets or M-Tickets to the email address or mobile number you enter at the time of purchase and cannot be resent, so please don’t lose them!
Camper van passes, boutique camping options and other details like sports and arts camp bookings will be available in the autumn. Don’t worry, if you buy a ticket, we’ll email you as soon as these are available.
