New to Elderflower this year is multi award-winning The BBQ Project, serving in style from their Citroen Van Joan. Their main ethos is creating damn tasty dishes you can’t wait to take a second bite out of, no matter how messy it is ! On the menu will be slow smoked pork belly rasher, swanky Sussex Low N Slow brisket and of course a selection of dirty fries and more. They use fresh locally sourced produce to create all their dishes, from their home smoked meats to their sauces & accompaniments.
