RUBY, the new project from the ThaiAngle crew, will be making its debut at Elderflower Fields, with ridiculously tasty and beautiful Indian and Sri Lankan food on the menu. With curries, dhals, roti wraps and side dishes, they can’t wait to bring some South Asian vibes, colours and flavours to Pippingford Park this year. Vegan and gluten/dairy-free options available.
