Ginnie’s multi-racial background has inspired her passion for food and experimenting with creating delicious World Cuisine from her kitchen in Sussex. On her Elderflower menu will be a delicious mix of Mauritian and cross-continent flavours, such as Gato Piment, Spicy empanadas and Crepes Creole with fresh salads. All her dishes are plant-based and gluten free and naturally more healthy. This type of cuisine is a first for our festival and we’re sure it will be very poplular.
