Jacob’s Ladder will be back again for you to enjoy the most amazing biodynamic homemade organic burgers. These sumptuous burgers are made from native Sussex beef, farmed just near our festival site. They will be served on a bed of rocket in an organic toasted brioche bun drizzled with olive oil. It can be topped with Stichleton, a raw milk blue cheese or Montgomery cheddar, a raw milk yellow cheese. There will be mini versions available for children. The burgers are gluten-free and gluten-free buns will be available too.
