We’re delighted to have Jacob’s Ladder back again serving up the most amazing biodynamic homemade organic burgers. These sumptuous burgers are made from native Sussex beef and grass-fed lambs, from their regenerative farm just near our festival site. The burgers are served on rocket and drizzled with olive oil, on a brioche bun and you can add Stichelton Blue or Montgomery Cheddar. The Jacob’s Ladder team will also be serving up irresistable bacon rolls for breakfast, first thing.
