Lewes-based forager Jane Fairman will be providing something new as it’s July, from plants sustainably foraged locally to her and then lovingly handmade in her kitchen. This will be a vegan, clean flavoured raw seaweed, garlic and green olive tapenade. Very flavoursome and surprisingly versatile.

Jane is offering foraging walks during the festival so seek her out at the Into the Trees Area of the festival if you would like to find out more. At her Wildside Bar,  you will also be able to get foraged cocktails, nettle beer, mint tea and much more so make sure you wander down to her relaxing spot in the woods …
