Discover a new level of taste… Chef Charles was founded in 2021: a full-time chef, part-time food trader, selling the most authentic Caribbean street food. All their meats are marinated in the best Caribbean spices and homemade sauces cooked on a traditional jerk pan. On the menu will be the popular Jerk chicken with rice and peas, as well as traditional curried goat, BBQ seabass and fried plantain. They’ll be adding some spice and sunshine to Dragonfly Hill.
