Bookhams are a Sussex-based family run company producing a range of different tasty products from their farm. They have over the years developed their very own combination of a traditional cheddar cheese merged with a parmesan cheese resulting in the award winning, full bodied Sussex Charmer. It has a creamy mature cheddar taste followed by the zing of the parmesan.
