This statement is to let you know what we are doing in relation to Covid-19 and how this might affect our two Elderflower Fields festivals.
Firstly, thank you to everyone for your ongoing support and understanding. It’s an unsettling time for everyone, including the creative sector, but we will try our best to ensure that our events go ahead.
We are monitoring the situation closely and on a continuous basis. We are in contact with health authorities and the Government, via the AIF which is a national trade association, and we will act on their advice for the benefit of our staff and attendees.
We appreciate that public health advice can change from hour to hour and we will adapt accordingly should it do so, and keep our customers informed of any changes that may affect them.
It is looking likely that public events will be prohibited for some time now, and we are currently exploring all options, including the possibility of rescheduling for later in the summer. We will update everyone again once we have more firm information.
We hope that you and your communities are able to weather this storm and that we can support each other as best as possible. Please remember to follow official advice and look after each other.
Wishing you and your families good health.
With love from the Elderflower Fields team
