Paul and his family run a small holding just 20 minutes north of the festival site and they will be coming along to Elderflower again this year, bringing their impressive twin tube smoker. They offer a range of different high quality meats, where possible from their own small holding. Head over to Paul and his team for your all day breakfast baps (veggie options available), enjoy slow cooked pulled pork or beef brisket in an artisan bun with a pitmaster BBQ sauce. There will also be locally sourced sausages on offer and chunky chips as well as their own homemade coleslaw, baked beans to go with a jacket potato. Kids sized meals are available too.
