A few years ago we came across this popular family run fishmonger based in Forest Row, just north of the festival site, and we’re really pleased to include their delicious produce again. Their motto is “fish the way it should be, fished the way it should be”. They also have a smokery and this year we wanted you to to sample their roasted smoked salmon & chalk stream trout pate, with chervil, lemon and spring onion. It’s packed with fish and is delicious and creamy.
