Mindful Movement

Join Charlotte for a blend of yoga and qi gong to explore your body’s fluidity and containment – from moving, opening and loosening to still-points of meditation.  The class will be standing throughout, you don’t need a mat and it is suitable for absolutely everyone.

Charlotte Watts is a yoga teacher from Brighton, who specialises in stress and burnout and is author of The De-Stress Effect and the upcoming Yoga Therapy for Digestive Health.
