We love wild garlic, and Lewes-based forager Jane Fairman will be providing her lovely wild garlic pesto made from plants sustainably foraged locally to her and then lovingly handmade in her kitchen. This vegan, clean flavoured wild garlic pesto also contains nutritious foraged nettles. Jane is offering foraging walks during the festival so seek her out at the Into the Trees Area of the festival if you would like to find out more. At her Wildside Bar,  you will also be able to get foraged cocktails, nettle beer, mint tea and much more so make sure you wander down to her relaxing spot in the woods …
